On line Purchase - Return & Exchange Policy
We will gladly exchange or refund (in original tender) regular-priced, new merchandise within 14 days of the shipping date at our Online Distribution Center or in store at our Emrooz location. All returns must have a return authorization number attached to the returning box. To Exchange or Return merchandise, please contact us at clientcare@emrooz.ca.
Merchandise must be in its original condition, must not be washed, worn, or damaged. All original tags must be attached, and all items must be accompanied by a valid receipt.
All undergarments, bodysuits, camisoles, leggings, swimwear, hosiery, and jewellery are final sale. Unfortunately, no exchanges or returns will be accepted on these items.
Sale and discounted items can be exchanged or returned for merchandise credit on a Merchandise Card within 14 days of the shipping date at our Online Distribution Center or in store at our Emrooz location. To Exchange or Return Items for a Merchandise Credit, please contact clientcare@emrooz.ca.
Gift Cards may not be redeemed for cash or refunded unless required by law. All returned items that were purchased using a Gift Card will be refunded as merchandise credit onto a Merchandise Card.
Your Return Package:
- Merchandise can be returned in a securely sealed box.
- The “Return Authorization Number” must be clearly written on the top of the box.
When your refund is complete, we'll e-mail you right away.
Online Return Refund & Processing:
- Your refund will be credited to the original method of payment via Emrooz.ca with shipping fees deducted.
- All returned items that were purchased using a Gift Card will be refunded to merchandise credit on a Merchandise Card.
- All refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days upon receipt of your return package.
In Store Returns for Online Purchases:
- Should you prefer to return your online purchases to our store within 14 days of purchase, your refund will be credited to the original method of payment with shipping fees deducted.
